SHIPPING-HANDLING-INSURANCE-REFUNDS-RETURNS-DAMAGE:
SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DETERMINED ON DESTINATION AND HOW BUYER WISHES TO SHIP:
Example: Air, Ship, UPS, FEDEX, DHL or Standard Mail. With or Without Insurance
Buyer can OPT to set-up own shipping via his own agent if so desired.

Refunds, Returns or Exchanges will only be honored with the following:
1)- Written or Emailed Notification and approval in advance
2)- If seller paid shipping to buyer the Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs
3)- All Original Packaging, care and certified mailing is mandatory and item must be packaged and returned in same manor and fashion as was originally shipped to buyer.
4)- No refund or Exchange will be granted until Item has been returned and inspected.

1)- ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS must have an original certificate of damage from the postal carrier or shipping company or the DAMAGE CLAIM WILL NOT BE HONORED.
2)- Photos must accompany ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS along with POSTAL DAMAGE CLAIM DOCUMENTS
3)- Approval will only be granted for return with the above photos and postal documents
4)- REFUND will be granted once the item has been returned and inspected.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to the above POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
